At 21.56 Monday evening after returning from training the LFC was dispatched to 925 2nd Ave. in Upper Providence Township to assist on a train crash. Squad 63 with 5 personnel responded immediately after dispatch and units were advised a vehicle was struck by a train and unknown if there were occupants. At 22.04 Squad 63 advised they found the vehicle with no occupants that had exited the vehicle before hand. Traffic 63 arrived and shut down Bridge and Main Streets in Spring City Borough because the train was blocking Main Street and Arch Streets in Royersford Borough. The roadway was opened around 01.30 when the vehicle was removed and the train continued on.
