Starting at about 1300 hours the LFC was alerted to assist the RFD with a gas leak inside. Shortly after returning from this incident, at 1400 hours both departments were alerted to the Whitehall for the AFA. This was found to be the rest of an oven in self clean mode. At 1519 hours the LFC was again alerted for an elevator alarm in Royersford which was determined to be false. At 1715 hours Traffic 63 departed to assist the Borough of Royersford to control traffic during their annual Halloween parade. Ladder & Engine 63 then arrived at about 1800 hours to participate in the parade> While the Engine was in the parade Ladder 63 provided coverage for both Boroughs. Just prior to the start of the parade, the Ladder 63 and Fire Police were alerted to Route 724 & Bridge Street for the accident . Crews cleared this incident and then reported back the parade. During the parade, onlookers reported an odor of gas to Royersford Police. They then summoned Ladder 63's crew who found a gas leak inside a building located in the 200 Block of Main Street. Crews quickly isolated the leak, notified RFD and PECO. The incident was then turned over to RFD and LFC returned to Spring City.

Units: Ladder 63, Engine 63, Traffic 63
