Early Evening Residential Fire in Spring City
Liberty Steam Fire Engine Company No.1, May 30
Yesterday evening at 1851 hours the LFC along with our mutual aid partners were dispatched to the 800 Block of Pecan Road in the Borough of Spring City for a rear patio fire. In less than 3 minutes after the dispatch the LFC arrived on location and found heavy fire to the rear of the home with obvious extension into the roof area. Early morning crash in the Borough
Liberty Steam Fire Engine Company No.1, May 29
This morning at 01.43 the LFC and Micu325-11 were dispatched for an auto accident on Main Street and Bridge Street by the Turkey Hill. Rescue and Traffic 63 both responded and found the crash was a vehicle off the roadway through a chain link fence and best access was into the Spring Ford Diner Parking Lot and had one vehicle up a hill resting against trees and shrubbery with the victim self extricated. ... Early Morning Rt. 724 Crash
Liberty Steam Fire Engine Company No.1, May 17
Just after 0600 hours this morning the LFC was dispatched to a vehicle accident on Rt. 724. Engine 63 responded and found multiple vehicle auto accident with debris stretching for about 1/4 mile. Traffic 63 closed the roadway between New Street & Arch Street while crews worked to clear the large debris field and fluid spill.

On Sunday April 27th at about 1422 hours the Liberty Fire Company along with mutual aid units were dispatched to the unit block of Riverside Drive for the commercial building fire. Ladder 63 with the Chief responsible within 3 minutes of dispatch followed by Engine 63 1 minute later. This morning at 10.21 LFC along with the Phoenixville (65), Ridge (62) and Montco Royersford (98) and Limerick (51) were dispatched to a reported building fire at 45 N. Church Street the Spring City Regeneration Church. On Monday at 13.21 the LFC along with MICU-325-11 and the Royersford Fire Department were dispatched to New and Penn Street in the Borough for an auto accident. Engine, Rescue and Traffic 63 all responded shortly after dispatch and arrived to find a 2 vehicle crash. Second Serious Crash on same stretch of road in three days
Liberty Steame Fire Engine Company No.1, March 15
On Friday at 2140 the LFC was dispatched to the area of Schuylkill Road and Old Schuylkill Roads for an auto accident. This was quickly upgraded to an accident with fire and entrapment. Engine 63 and Rescue 63 responded and upon arrival found a two vehicle head-on accident with no fire or entrapment. Three EMS units were dispatched based on reports of up to three injured.
