LFC & RFD Joined Forces For a Live Burn Session

This morning the crews from both departments traveled to West Chester Fire Departments training grounds. Two members from station were placed on a team creating 4 teams. Crews took turns between different task which were Fire Attack, Truck/Search, RIT, and Rehab.

Small fire brings building response

Overnight CO Incident
Chief Keith Bliss, March 25
At 01.14 this morning Station 63 and Micu83 was dispatched to the 400 block of S. Main Street in the Borough for a CO detector activation with a sick person. Rescue and Traffic 63 responded and arrived and crews went into service with meters and found a high reading of CO in the basement. LFC assist to Royersford for the row home fire
Liberty Steam Fire Engine Co. No.1, March 21
At 1746 hours the LFC was dispatched to Royersford for the dwelling fire. Chief 98 (Royersford) arrived and confirmed working fire with multiple units involved in fire. Ladder 63 arrived and was assigned to the rear of the row where the aerial was placed to the roof and multiple landlines were deployed to the rear of the homes. Engine 63 and Rescue 63 arrived and assisted the Ladder Crew.

Auto Accident on Schuylkill Road Prompts Swift Response
Liberty Steam Fire Engine Co. No.1, December 18
At 17:38 tonight, emergency services were summoned to the scene of an auto accident in front of 3361 Schuylkill Road. Station 63 and Micu83-4 were dispatched to respond to the incident, with Rescue 63 and Chief 63 taking prompt action to manage the situation.
